Home Watch Rate Schedule
Basic - Service Fee per visit is based upon square footage of home under air.
- Under 2,500............................................$25.00
- 2,500 to 4,000........................................$29.00
- 4,001 to 5,000........................................$35.00
- over 5,000..............................................$41.00
Basic Plus - Service Fee will be the Basic Fee plus $16.00 per 1/2 hour or any part thereof, for time spent providing service that is beyond the applicable Basic Services provided during a regular visit.
Special, Time-Sensitive Service - Service Fee will be $40.00 per hour or any part thereof for the first hour, and then $20.00 per 1/2 hour, for service provided during our normal business hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday - Saturday. Services provided outside of normal hours will be charged at $56.00 per hour.
Concierge Services - Fees are $16.00 per 1/2 hour or any part thereof during our normal business hours, and $32.00 per 1/2 hour outside of normal business hours.
