Our experience in business has taught us that being successful is all about the service. One can sell a bad product, but one cannot sell a bad service. The first component of good service is Compatibility, whereby the service provider's ability to provide service must be consistent with the customer's Service Needs and Expectations. Beyond that, good service requires Integrity, Commitment, Reliability, and Attitude. 35 years of experience in the residential building supply industry, including 23 years in direct supply to homeowners and contractors, has helped us to develop somewhat of a "sixth sense" for homeowners' Service Needs and Expectations, plus a critical eye for potential problems in a home.
We understand the stress of absentee home ownership. Our home on Hilton Head was meant to be a respite... a getaway for pure pleasure and relaxation; the last thing we wanted to deal with upon our arrival was a leaky roof, a water line break, or a malfunctioning A/C. Before our permanent move to the Island, hurricane season found us glued to the Weather Channel, unsure of what to do if a storm hit while we were hundreds of miles away at our permanent address.
